How long does it take to start the services?

Your account will be set up immediately and a virtual assistant will be assigned to your account within 2-3 business days.  In the event you have an urgent request we can begin most services within 24 hours under normal circumstances.

How do I contact my Virtual Assistant?

To help streamline the process you will have one point of contact, your project manager, who will act as the liaison between you and your virtual virtuoso.  Your project manager is available on call and having them as a central point of contact reduces your need manage multiple support staff or projects.  However should the need arise your virtual virtuoso is available via both email and telephone.
